3.7 Ha holdings in Bricco Boschis vineyard, 55 year-old vines in Castiglione Falletto. Orientated southwest. Monopole of the Cavallotto family. Blue tinted clay, limestone, and a high percentage of sand. Vigna San Giuseppe is the best part of the Bricco Boschis bowl. It’s located entirely southwest, across the top portion just south of the winery. Wine is fermented on the skins, submerged cap for 40 days, aged 60 months in large Slavonian oak cask, then aged one year before release. Production: 13,200 bottles.
