85% Monastrell 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Monastrell vines are ungrafted, farmed in 5 vineyards in the Sierra de Salinas, Sierra
de Umbria and Serra de la Sima. Planted in 1925 they grow in limestone soil with a top soil of stones at 1500 to 2500 feet in elevation. Fermented
in French oak barrels then aged for 20 months in new French oak barrique. Blended by Jorge Ordonez and Chris Ringland. Production 950 cases.
