5.0 Ha holdings in Gallina vineyard, 55 year old vines, Neive commune. Tortonian formation soils with a high percentage of sand. Very steep vineyard where cover crops are necessary to mitigate erosion. Strict viticulture limits yields by green harvesting, approximately 1.0 Kg of fruit per vine. Gallina is the most generous and open Barbaresco on release. Production: 9,000 bottles.
