This Dolcetto has an intense nose with fruity aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and blueberry. It is dry and soft on the palate, rich and pleasant, with austere tannins and a clean, pleasant finish. Suitable for every meal, this wonderfully easy drinking wine would pair particularly well with white meats and pasta dishes. Maceration with the skins in temperature-controlled rotary fermenters for two to three days, brief passage in used French barriques for three weeks, and aging in stainless steel tanks for 10 months.
