Petracine is pure Riesling.  Petracine stands for patra-racine, the "stone root" or better "the root into the stone", evocating the extreme minerality of this variety in the wine. The Langhe Bianco Vajra is the synthesis of German vines with bright acidity and good structure, and ancient Alsatian vines with richer body and volume.
