Freisa is an ancient and noble variety: relative of Nebbiolo, it shares character, crispy acidity and tannic structure.  Luckily, no clonal selection was operated: Freisa saves the same taste of centuries ago in its own genes. The Langhe Kye is an outsider Freisa and fixes a new quality level for the variety.
