Erbaluce di Caluso is an unusual white that in many ways recalls pinot noir  vinified off the skins. Flowers, red berries and minerals come together nicely on a mid-weight yet generous frame. Clean, mineral notes reappear on the finish, giving the wine its sense of proportion.
