The grapes for this wine come from a single vineyard of 16 ha (38.4
acres) called Pago el Carrascal. The vineyard was planted in 1986 in
the town of Bocos, Burgos on the northern bank of the Duero River
with alluvial soils.
Harvest takes place the first week of October. The wine is stainless
steel fermented and transferred to new French oak barrels for
malolactic fermentation. It is then aged 8 months in new French oak
barrels.
Production: 2,200 cases
