60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Schioppettino, 3.6 hectare vineyard area on a south-southwest facing hillside, with marl and clay soils. 15-50 year old vines, hand picked in small crates, with a 15 day maceration in stainless steel, aged 24 months in new 225L French Barrique with an additional eight months in the bottle prior to release.
