Western Sicily’s famous white wine produced from estate fruit, 100% Inzolia from the Contrada Biesina vineyards. Soils are mineral infused with clay and sand. Climate is warm and dry but Mediterranean breezes keep the vines healthy and grapes fresh. Cold macerated for eight hours, then fermented in stainless steel. Ripe but full of minerality, apricot and citrus fruits.
