LA SPINETTA

Exotic and luxuriously textured with black plum, currant and black cherry, smoke and spice reveal the influence of well integrated barrique. Warm with perfect tannins on the palate. Maceration on the skins for 7-8 days in rotary fermentors with temperature control, aging in new French oak barriques for 16-18 months, finishing in the bottle for three months.
