Mocali's Brunello is produced from 100% Sangiovese, grown in the Galestro soils of South-West Montalcino. Its macerated for 28 days and fermented in stainless steel. Then aged in a combination of 550 liter Tonneaux and 225 liter barrique for 24 months. The particularly cool and windy vineyards yield a racy and vibrant Brunello that is loaded with ripe fruit and great depth.
