1.5 Ha holdings in Pajore vineyard, 45 year old vines, Treiso. Pajore is located in a part of Treiso that has a very high percentage of limestone, slowing ripening. The wine has less color and fruit and more expressive aromatics of minerality and herbs. Vinification of all the single vineyard Barbarescos are the same, the differences are expressed through the site. Production: 5,000 bottles.
