Brilliant ruby. Very fruity nose displays scents of cherry, blackberry and candied flowers. Smooth and appealingly sweet on entry, then firmer in the mid-palate, offering bitter cherry and dark berry flavors and a touch of dried herbs. Finishes with firm grip, gentle tannins and very good persistence.
15-19 yrs. Old Tempranillo vines were planted in clay soils at 1,500 ft. in elevation on the double cordon system and yield 2.5 t/acre.
